Welcome to the first episode of The Good, The Bad and The Football with Paul Scholes, Nicky Butt and Paddy McGuinness.

Naturally, the boys have a debrief on United’s 3-0 defeat at Manchester City: they get into where it went wrong at the Etihad and Scholesey reveals what he thinks was the biggest mistake the club made this summer.

They also discuss football’s greatest volleys after Martin Zubimendi’s banger at the weekend, recall the night United got a chasing at the Nou Camp and Paddy reveals how Bolton nearly signed a Brazilian World Cup legend and remembers a funny moment he shared with the late Ricky Hatton.
