Paul Scholes, Nicky Butt and Paddy McGuinness dive into Mo Salah’s furious outburst about being left out by Liverpool, with Scholesy insisting the winger needs to “grow up” and questioning how premeditated the comments really were.
The lads debate why Arne Slot may have no choice but to drop Salah - and what happens if he doesn’t - before turning to Arsenal’s ongoing failure to win big games and what it means for their Premier League hopes.
Scholesy also reveals what really happened between Roy Keane and Sir Alex Ferguson after that infamous Middlesbrough fallout, while he and Nicky share their growing frustration over Kobbie Mainoo’s lack of minutes at Old Trafford. Nicky even predicts Mainoo could be the next young star to leave United and hints at where he might end up, while Scholesy admits why Marcus Rashford was probably right to join Barcelona and the lads question whether Omar Berrada and Jason Wilcox truly understand United.
Elsewhere, they celebrate Inter Miami’s MLS Cup win as Nicky remembers being a bit starstruck when meeting Lionel Messi, while Paddy imagines the scent of a David Beckham candle… and Paddy's fact of the week somehow involves a fig roll and an insect.
