Big John arrives at Dr Joe Marler's office still coming to terms with a life that changed overnight.

From a viral Chinese takeaway order to being stopped in the street, he reflects on how quickly fame found him and the ways it has changed his life. But while John may see it as a bit of fun, Joe sets out to show him something bigger: the impact he’s having on thousands of people who follow him.

As the pair unpack where it all began, John shares the story behind “bosh,” how it’s taken on a life of its own around the world, and opens up about the tougher times in his life - including the financial struggles that tested him and his family.

The session ends with a powerful reminder of just how much he matters, as Joe reveals the true impact John has on people’s lives… in the most fitting way possible: through a Chinese takeaway.
